Ken Badalamenti, CGR, CAPS and his team, work tirelessly
from pre-construction to contract close-out. Honesty,

Riviera Construction performs a full
compliment of construction services. From custom homes,
whole house renovations, to additions and remodeling,
we meet our client’s needs utilizing design/build
services and by negotiated terms including fixed sum
or cost plus contractual agreements. We service the
Chagrin Valley areas as well as an approximate radius
of 25 miles from the Solon, Ohio area.

Ohio (and 1 of 1,100 nationwide) with these elite credentials.
Additionally, Ken has recently acquired his CAPS (Certified
Aging in Place Specialists) designation and is just
1 of 2 Remodelers in Northeast Ohio who have earned
this distinction. The CAPS designation enables Riviera
Construction to service the upcoming influx of retiring
baby boomers.
Ken serves a dual role on behalf of the HBA of Greater Cleveland. He is a Board Member and Chairman of the local Remodelers Council.
