Our clients’ lifestyle was changing. As empty nesters, they longed to revitalize their home. They envisioned a warm, inviting space to socialize with friends, gather with family or enjoy their children and grandchildren. They told us, “it’s now or never” so we updated their entire home to reflect their new lifestyle. We incorporated a walk in pantry, a full bath and a mud room. We added a great room, screened porch, side hallway with entrance, outdoor terrace, two studies, and a two story verandah deck over - looking the rear yard. Now, thanks to Riviera, the house makes a statement.

Upon completion of the main addition, the space became an open and airy haven for cooking, relaxing and entertaining. Custom cabinets, granite countertops, a distinctive island, a tile backsplash, new appliances and ceramic flooring all turned this outdated, cookie cutter design into a sharp, attractive area brimming with style and sensibility.

Creating a pleasant side entrance for guests posed another challenge. The solution was to add a convenient side porch leading to a spacious mud room and a welcoming entry hall.

Extensive floor plan renovations were necessary to upgrade the home and the remaining living space. A convenient second floor laundry room was one welcome change. Another welcome change involved the family room which was transformed into a magnificent dining room complete with a custom ceramic tile fireplace and a wood pillar mantel.

The result of our planning and meticulous attention to detail resulted in 1,360 square feet of added space and a stunning, totally updated 5,310 square foot home.
