This remodeling project involved the construction of 4 additions and a total interior renovation. Due to several previous additions, the home was visually disjointed. The goal was to create a uniform appearance by blending the old with the new and to improve the home’s overall flow and functionality.

The additions were carefully designed to accommodate and entertain family, friends and clients. An exquisite wet bar accentuates the foyer, while the library features cherry raised wall paneling, bookcases and hardwood flooring. The room’s focal point is a gas fireplace with a granite surround.

The kitchen was completely updated with many modern amenities and upscale appliances. This kitchen opens to a lovely sun room which serves as a dinette and overlooks an expansive, pristine yard and lovely gardens.

To better service their guests, the existing garage was converted into a beautiful dining room, while a much larger two-car garage was added off the Mud Hall.

The laundry area was relocated from the basement and is also directly off the Mud Hall.

High ceilings, glamour master bath, walk-in closet with extensive built-ins, French doors that open to a flagstone patio are just some of the luxuries found in the newly added master suite.

A large portion of the basement was converted into an amazing home office that would be the envy of any working person.

All second floor rooms were completely redecorated, plumbing fixtures were updated and a new roof was installed on the entire house.
